All-Star Superman scans

I'm a little worried that Superman's chin appears to have been modelled after that of Mickey Rourke's Marv from Sin City, but otherwise everything looks highly encouraging. Frank Quitely's art and Grant Morrison's spiffy sci-fi storylines generally go together nicely, as they proved in their work on New X-Men and the We3 miniseries. Their brief for this series – essentially, to produce a take on Superman that won't require readers to have memorised a couple of decades of continuity and character backstory – should allow even readers like me with little or no experience with Superman comics to enjoy the ride as much as old comics hands.
