Arthur C Clarke

Arthur C Clarke has died, aged 90.

Time to dig out the Collected Stories in memory of the greatest English science fiction writer of the 20th century.

    Greatest indeed. So said my dad and his friends back in the fifties, and they were right. Others (the Hoyles, Stapledon, Wells etc.) were up there, but Clarke had the clearest vision.
