Bruce Junior
Further to Wednesday's post about the Australian diver's encounter with a shark, Yahoo! News has a photograph of the man's leg with the shark grimly hanging on.
Admittedly it's quite a small shark by the standards of 'Bruce' from Jaws, but still...

I think it's fair to say that if it were me I'd be too busy thinking "Ouch!" and "GetthisthingoffmeNOW!" to worry about what species it was...
But you're right: it's fair to say that's not the image that came to mind when I read the word "shark."

Mentioned in passing: a former lover and good friend's brother's arm was bitten off by a shark. She mentioned this, casually, one day, about the fifth year I knew her. Swimming, Hawaii, it happens.
Gulp.
My reaction, as well as, I guess, the shark's.
